The differentiating factors for successful projects are people and innovation. Over the last 15 years, my Retail Management career has been an incredible learning journey about the luxury industry across multiple channels (Direct DOS & eCom, Indirect Wholesales & eTailers), a variety of geographies (Hong Kong & North Asia, Singapore & South East Asia, Oceania, Continental Europe & MEA), a wide range of product categories (Leather goods, Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, Accessories, Watches, and jewelry), and most importantly, the people I was privileged to collaborate with. I navigated the above while always focusing on increasing profitability and maximizing growth while experiencing different business stages, such as start-up, consolidation, expansion, and restructuring. This made me a passionate Global Executive with a successful track record in the luxury retail industry and strong interpersonal and multicultural skills in brand building and business development. In sum, I’d consider myself a lifetime mountaineer passionate about humankind's adventures who values compassion, assertiveness, lateral thinking, and radical transparency.
