1. Strategic Planning and Business Integration - Define and drive E2E development for HOME products, packaging, and OEM projects in alignment with brand and business priorities. - Translate consumer insights and marketing briefs into technically feasible and cost-efficient solutions, without compromising perceived customer value. - Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with global design, engineering, and manufacturing standards. 2. Product Development - Lead the industrialization of HOME products, from early design files to mass production, with a focus on innovative gluing technologies and aesthetic excellence. - Own and improve technical processes, ensuring reproducibility, quality consistency, and manufacturability at scale. - Act as the key contact for global stakeholders in Product Development HOME and other cross-functional teams 3. Packaging Development 4. OEM Business Development and Execution - Oversee the seamless transition of OEM business concepts into mass production through structured collection and sampling management. - Convert 2D sketches into actionable technical documents and development timelines, facilitating efficient sampling and launch execution. - Maintain oversight of SAP tracking, POs, component availability, and quality assurance throughout the OEM development cycle 5. Stakeholder and Collection Management - Serve as the interface between internal teams and external OEM partners, ensuring timely communication, alignment, and decision-making. - Drive collaborative workshops and problem-solving initiatives, ensuring adherence to OEM quality, sustainability, and design-to-value standards. - Build strong relationships with creative, technical, and commercial stakeholders, enabling fast and informed development decisions. 6. Technical Expertise and Innovation - Ensure technical excellence across HOME, Packaging, and OEM developments through deep knowledge of materials, processes, and product engineering.

1. Process Development & Industrialization - Develop and validate new manufacturing and packaging processes in alignment with product and business requirements. - Collaborate with R&D, Packaging Development, and Production teams to industrialize new product introductions (NPIs), ensuring smooth transitions from prototype to mass production. - Conduct process capability studies, risk analyses (FMEA), and pilot runs. 2. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement - Analyze existing production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality improvement, and cost reduction. - Lead process optimization projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. - Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for optimized processes. 3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting - Provide technical support to production teams for resolving process issues and quality deviations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on root cause analyses and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). 4. Equipment & Technology Management - Evaluate and recommend new production technologies, tools, and machinery to enhance process capability and productivity. - Lead technical trials for new equipment and process technologies. 5. Documentation & Compliance - Ensure all processes comply with Swarovski’s quality, environmental, and safety standards. - Maintain accurate technical documentation, process specifications, and validation reports. 6. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with Global Operations, Quality Assurance, Packaging Development, and Supply Chain to align process developments with business objectives. - Support supplier process development initiatives for externally sourced components or finished products.

I. Responsible for establishing the Standard Mass production process to ensure quality stability, and competitive cost by effective and efficient production processes • Deploy/Create the Standard mass production processes include (transfer, Novelty, Improvement process…) to ensure process have quality stability, capabilities, efficiency, and competitive manufacturing cost. • Maintain and control the Standard mass production processes to ensure production process are maximize production efficiency, and easily operate. • Manage/Control relevant documents of the Standard mass production processes are timely readiness and updated. II. Proactively initiate and/or collaborate Improvement Activities. • Collaborate with Planning team, Production team to create sample testing plan make sure that is suitable with production status, Monitor/Feedback to planning team in case not catch up initial plan to ensure delivery on time. • Collaborate with Tool Workshop/Production prepare or design & manufacture fixture, equipment, tool/jigs concern to production and it is readiness for mass production. • Collaborate with production team develop improvement activities, technical innovation in production, eliminate/minimize non-value-added processes in order to reduce the routine time, manufacturing cost, factory lead time, defect, and improve the quality. • Coordinate with Lean Manufacturing and Improvement team to execute improved production processes. • Deploy NEW technology, material, machine, equipment, technique in order to optimize production processes and cost. • Lead analytical trouble shooting in the problem solving during testing process which impact to quality, process, and delivery time, proposal improvement process in order to increase capable process accordingly.

Responsibilities : - Prepare, modify, and maintain a standard operating procedure (SOP); - New product process design, arrangement, evaluation, and realization; production line abnormal handling; - SOP data management work (issue, recovery, record, archive); - Capacity analysis and evaluation; - Correct process defects and improves production efficiency; - Line production guidance.
