I have headed Metromile and Lemonade merger activities focusing on technology and compliance. The merger required integration of the unique Metromile telematics platform with the Lemonade ecosystem, enabling: - AI/ML mileage-based billing - Behavioral rating models - Connected car experiences powered by ODB-II sensor and advanced ML - Day one bundling and branding - Sensor provisioning and onboarding systems and experiences Additionally, I have overseen the consolidation of all technology teams, including: - Security groups, systems, and processes - IT groups, systems, and processes - Data Engineering / Data Science teams, systems, processes, and future roadmap - DevOps / ProdOps groups, systems, and processes - Sensor (IoT) development and vendor evaluation - SOX compliance - SFDC lifecycle integration and future tech stack evolution

Leading Metromile engineering and operation organization focused on development and maintenance of core systems and services including: policy, claims, billing, rating, quote and enroll, mobile and web experiences as well as sensors and telematics data platform.

Leading a large enterprise data transformation. Introducing cutting edge centralized enterprise data platform used to collect thousand of data tables from hundreds of systems to provide real time, large scale analytics and other data products empowering dozens of business teams from claims, fraud, sales, marketing, product analytics, supply chain to partner integration or finance among many others. My team of over 160 people including platform and data engineers, software engineers, business and data analysts, architects and project managers delivered over 4000 reports and dashboards transforming Asurion data landscape. I have contributed to much of the codebase, using Scala, Python and Pyspark.

Asurion empowers customers with reach set of connected-home experiences and services. The company's machine intelligence platform, connects a consumer's mobile, IoT and smart devices, a predictive learning diagnostic engine, an informative customer service portal and highly skilled experts. The solution not only enables the diagnosis and repair of client experience issues but also delivers rich context-aware insights, enabling them better manage their connected homes and lives. I am responsible for running 5 engineering teams working on the new Connected Home product line up including: - Android and iOS SDK - Data Platform (Apache Spark) - API - Insight (ML and Data Analytics) - QA I am also responsible for the implementation and maintenance GDPR and CCPA regulation standards in the Connected Home product lineup.

Leading the execution of iPass' vision to create best innovative platform to manage the largest Wi-Fi footprint in the world. Pivoting the company culture towards start-up alike mentality resulted in development and launch of a real-time data analytics platform, iPass SmartConnect, and redefining the way the iPass connects people and things to the Internet. Success of this platform let to successful acquisition of the company.
