Transformation of the PwC client onboarding process (including KYC/AML) for their UK clients. Our objective is to deliver quicker onboarding, at better quality and ensure ownership and transparency throughout the onboarding journey.

I setup and led Data Analytics and Reporting for Financial Crime CoE, primarily focused on Customer Due Diligence, reporting directly to Head of FC. This included: - Identification, Definition and Reporting of Financial Crime KPIs and KRIs for Santander UK - Creating a Balanced Scorecard of Productivity, Financial, Quality and Time related metrics - Dashboard creation and reporting for the overall FC Function, which was reported to Santander Board to track performance - Dashboard creation and reporting for functional areas and specific teams to support with data-based decision making e.g. Customer Exits Team - Analysis of specific high-risk portfolio's including MSBs/PSPs, High-Net-Worth individuals (Personal), High Cash Turnover (Corp), PEPs, SIPs, SIEs for work prioritisation and Financial Crime risk - Tracking of performance of KRIs against monthly targets e.g. % Customers with KYC up-to-date - Tracking of SLA performance against Periodic Reviews (PRs) and Event Driven Reviews (EDRs) alerts - Reporting Vendor Performance against outsourced portfolios - Presentations and Data Visualisation for easy Communication and Management Consumption - using Pareto for Prioritisation, Histograms for Ageing, Waterfall Charts for Benefit Realisation etc
