- To plan, coordinate, organize training for new staff and current staff monthly - Induction for new staff to clear all information about products, classes, processes and targets during the probation period - To identify and maintain systems to develop internal Talents. - Report tracking about productivity, and performance weekly and monthly nationwide - To maintain updated & useful content for assignments and to track the discipline of each center daily

- Receive monthly recruitment requests from departments to develop recruitment plans. - Post job vacancies on social network sites (Facebook, Linkedin, etc) and other recruitment channels relevant to each position. - In charge of the assigned tasks in the recruitment process, from CV filtering to induction for new employees. - Handling administrative tasks: updating candidate information in the system, creating contracts, and managing candidate records. - Make weekly and monthly reports to ensure on-track target - Make contracts, welcome and induction for new employees - Participate in Employer Branding activities: Job Fairs, recruitment events

- Mass recruitment and headhunting - Recruiting many different mass projects for customers like Perfetti Van Mella, Viet Thai, Transcosmos, FE Credit,... - Advising and consulting the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database - Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment - Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client - Managing the process through interviews to offer stage and beyond - Offering CV, phone interview and general career advice - Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities *Achievement Top 3 consultants of August 2021
