As a CIO I shape, steer and fulfil the IT strategy accordingly to the overall Office goals. Influencing the environment, management and organisation to deliver either domestic, in-house requirements or driving the directions of international cooperation is a delighting responsibility. Adjusting all resources, shaping organisation, setting structures and eliminating obstacles make my position successful. The team have done lot starting from office relocation, data center relocation, ERP implementation and stabilisation, strategic projects. And what I have learnt from this all is that "Nothing is Impossible".

In this role I am responsible for establishing the development pipeline for the organisítion for strategic project focusing on emarging technologies and digitalisation in a changing world. As a new functions my responsibility is to lay down the foundation of a project office, with project methodologies implemented, just as building up a structured business analyasis and development foundations.

Gaining experiences in different sectors means having more tools for problem solving in hand. At Vodafone I continued working on the Service Management field as Senior Manager but in different scale, where market conditions were changing faster than I saw before. Quicker, better, smarter acting was the key to success and the minimal limit to shape the environment, not just locally but regionally also. Evaluating the cooperation opportunities, looking for saving potentials, implementing better and more efficient solutions, harmonizing the application, service landscape while not losing quality beset the road on all side. Later having the opportunity to extend knowledge upon enterprise customer technology support, building up the team and processes I stepped on a new ground with new horizons. This was levelling of my experiences to a new dimension in partner management, people, project management and organisational development.

I worked for GE Money – Budapest Bank for years in different roles. I started my career at Budapest Bank as an incident manager, supporting all services and acting as escalation point in any sort of service degradation. The rest of my stable knowledge was developed in this position either in technical depths or in management wise. I gained more and more responsibilities in the service management filed fulfilling the Service Operation domain. Later during the move of the HQ I filled the project manager role for the data centre move. This is one of the greatest achievement I am proud of. After delivering the move successfully I was promoted to be head of Service Desk, Floor Support and Service Operations teams. Great experiences, team, success and memories.

I worked for City Group Ltd. for a few months supporting the Global Security Team. This was rather an episode in my life than the story. I acted as 1st line security assessment staff for the company, handling security event and managing technology, preparing reports.

I stared my carrier at ING Regional Operations Centre as IT application administrator. This role was a fresh graduate position with opportunities to grow in. I learnt the most of the ground rules at ING with which knowledge I reached a lot. Mostly on application management and IT security as main responsibilities in this role. Also I gained a solid management background in an international environment at ING supporting my every days.

I passed 4 yrs of studies but I didn't get graduated cause my carrier way.
