I am fully responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of electrical projects from start to completion. My role includes team coordination, document management, and ensuring that all project phases run according to the established schedule and quality standards. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Develop project work plans, including defining the scope, timeline, and implementation strategy. Lead and direct the technical team on-site to complete tasks efficiently and on time. Conduct initial project coordination meetings, weekly meetings with clients, and internal weekly evaluation meetings. Manage material approval requests and shop drawings with clients and consultants. Identify potential project risks and take proactive mitigation measures. Handle project permits and ensure all administrative requirements are fulfilled. Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams). Monitor project progress and prepare periodic progress reports.
