Responsibilities: - Control and manage overall account receivables as well as maintain a reserve for debt collections to ensure accurate and effective accounting operations - Review the credit requests from Sales team and Customers - Control, manage, and review various processes for customer accounts, as well as delinquent accounts - Control all collection activities and develop processes to improve cash flow and downsize receivables - Generate age analysis and review AR aging to ensure compliance - Prepare and management report and other reports in order to support business team -Verify and record suppliers’ invoices to ensure the completeness of data recorded and aligned. - Co-ordinate with the Purchasing team and Supplier Administration team for resolving the issues related to invoices
