I founded Tech Adventures with Betty to help kids under 12 build confidence, curiosity, and a sense of belonging in tech. I lead product design, curriculum development, and storytelling for an interactive, block-based coding platform where children learn real programming skills through fun, age-appropriate lessons. Each activity is crafted to make tech feel accessible, engaging, and joyful turning screen time into a springboard for learning. - Act as a second-tier product expert for Progressive’s usage-based insurance platform (Snapshot device + mobile app), supporting customers, agents, and consultants through complex technical inquiries. -Collaborate with customers and consultants to troubleshoot Snapshot app/device issues, effectively serving as a real-time UX tester across mobile platforms - Synthesize customer pain points from service and product-related calls to identify recurring usability issues and inform internal documentation and solution strategies - Provide frontline QA feedback on Snapshot app updates, including trends around Bluetooth sync issues, data delays, and onboarding confusion. - Play a key role in improving user retention by simplifying technical language, proactively coaching users on driving behavior, and reinforcing Snapshot’s value proposition.

- Excel Fundamentals: Developed foundational Excel skills to efficiently produce polished reports using hotkeys, conditional formatting, cell reference locking, and SUMIFs to accelerate data population in custom reporting templates. - Reporting & Data Analysis: Gained hands-on experience using core Excel analysis functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIFs, COUNTIFs, PivotTables) to complete custom reporting templates and perform strategic deep-dives into business performance. - Practiced analytical storytelling by interpreting results and presenting data-driven recommendations in mock client scenarios. -Data Management & Interpretation: Developed real-world data literacy by learning how to self-sufficiently perform data orientations, trace metrics/datasets, and quality assure developed outputs. Strengthened ability to translate business needs or requirements into technical outputs with actionable insights.

- I drove the adoption of deployable branches in the Identity and network access teams, ensuring secure deployment. - I was in charge of driving communication and making sure that the program requirements were maintained and ensured all IDNA teams whose repos would be affected had access to the latest information. - I used PowerBi and Kusto Query to develop and launch a custom dashboard for General engineering managers to monitor key service metrics, including service COGs, monthly active users, daily active users, and trends. -Conducted extensive research to identify the most relevant and actionable service metrics for engineering managers, and incorporated these metrics into the dashboard design.

- Secured a highly competitive $10,000 grant from Davis Projects for Peace, recognizing my exceptional commitment to fostering positive change. - Spearheaded the management and strategic direction of a groundbreaking radio program in Zimbabwe, leveraging the grant funds to champion mental health awareness. - Used Django, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript to create an innovative app that effectively addresses the pressing issue of mental health in Zimbabwe. - Engineered the app to serve as an accessible entry point for individuals unfamiliar with mental health, fostering a confidential and judgment-free environment. - Demonstrated exemplary project management expertise throughout the successful development and implementation of both the radio program and the app, showcasing exceptional organizational abilities.
