Senior Scientist III @ Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals

About

Extensive experience in preclinical drug discovery and drug development. Experienced in a wide range of in vivo animal disease models, and drug preclinical pharmacology, translational biomarker identification. As a Senior Scientist at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, I lead multiple projects using siRNA therapeutics to treat pulmonary diseases. I have 15 years of experience in molecular and cell biology, and I am highly innovative and skilled in project management, leadership of programs, experimental design, data analysis and presentation, and scientific/regulatory writing. My postdoctoral research was focused on FGF10/Wnt pathway lung stem cell regeneration, single cell RNAseq, Gene editing CRISPR in human diseased-derived iPSC with strong in vivo and in vitro experiences. I have published 20+ research papers in high-profile journals and was rewarded a grant from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. I am strongly motivated by exceeding expectations, delivering high-quality work, and learning new skills. I am also a strong communicator, collaborator, leader, and problem-solver, and I enjoy working in a team-based environment.
