- Analyze and understand the business needs / EDI requirements of the client and their business partners and perform comparative analysis of file formats to be delivered to the teams responsible for data mapping. - Contact the client's business partners and perform the necessary compliance and integration unit tests. - Participate in the definition of business needs in the context of certain development projects for clients. - Test and verify if the EDI solutions works in accordance with standards. - Coordinate all the work related to project delivery by actively collaborating with the various internal and external teams. -Install Addon on SAP Business One / MS Dynamics NAV, MS Dynamics BC365 and Netsuite - Train customer users on our application as well as their ERP system

-Manage customer inquiries, investigate and analyze reported issues and provide a functional solution -Identify complex problems and issues and coordinate with different department to resolve them -receive, register and apply new procedures -maintain our customer solutions as well as servers up to date -train customers to use softwaress as well as their own ERP system correctly in context of their own IT environment -Provide supply chain consulting if needed
