• Develop and maintain business relationship with major key accounts in oil and gas industry. • Work closely with channel partners to grow the market segment. • Conduct regular sales analysis to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify business opportunities to grow the business • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support to customers • In charge marketing activity like workshop and training to customer • Manage existing customers from EPCC, end user, panel builder, systems integrator & etc. • Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations for various products. • In charge of new product launching plan & activity • Define clear product road map

• Set product sales target • Coach and guide staffs in technical and marketing activities • Execute marketing plan to ensure sales growth with business goal • Build the knowledge level of the front end sales team and lead the product team • Prepare sales tool by conducting detail product analysis, pricing analysis and competitor's competition • In charge of new product launching plan & activity • Define clear product road map • Technical consulting and product selection • Provide pre-sales and post sales technical support through the complete project development cycle • Conduct professional training for end user, consultant & system integrator. • Establish good relationship with customer by solving product issue and provide technical advice
