Ting Chang

I am a senior in-house counsel advising on financing transactions, capital markets, and corporate governance, primarily in the fintech sector. My experience includes structured finance, asset-backed securitizations, credit facilities, and cross-border transactions. I have worked on large-scale financing projects, supported IPO-related restructuring and due diligence, and advised on strategic investments and acquisitions. In my role, I work closely with business teams and external counsel on deal structuring, risk allocation, and execution. Currently, I am pursuing an LL.M. at UC Berkeley School of Law, focusing on capital markets and financial regulation.
