Test writer for latest embedded DRAM memory chip on high profile CPUs for desktops and laptops. Develop quality high volume manufacturing tests at fab and assembly with minimal test time by collaborating with designers, manufacturing and Q&R engineers. Activities include characterizing settings for optimization, investigating fails to improve yield, scripting experiments and collecting and analyzing data. Construct standardized manufacturing validation flows for cache testing. Evaluate and present yield information with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and JMP. Use Agile software development techniques in Scrum process in order to deliver programs efficiently and timely.

Created test programs delivered to a manufacturing site in Asia for a north bridge chip for customers including HP and Dell.
