Transformation Committee Advisor Serve as advisor and director-in-waiting (director suplente) for a 7-member board of a public company (SNSE:LIPIGAS) engaged in wholesale distribution of natural gas products in Chile, Peru, and Colombia. Add value through expertise in startups and best practices. ✔ Advanced innovation by evaluating potential startup partners and digital transformation of the business.

Committees: Audit Committee Serve on the 4-member board of Virutex Ilko, a fast growing consumer goods (FMCG) company with production and distribution facilities in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico.

Serve as the chair of a 5-member board of a security cloud computing scaleup. Lead periodic review of risks and the execution of strategic plans for Chile, Colombia and Peru. ✔ Established formal board structure and governance to help prepare and guide their next stages of growth. ✔ Contributed to the selection of an experienced CEO for the group and a Country Manager for Peru and Colombia, who catapulted sales in Colombia and Peru while maintaining steady Chile growth.

Drove disruptive innovation and change management on a 5-member board for CodelcoTech, the innovation affiliate of Codelco Chile, a $16B+ state-owned copper mining company. Led periodical meetings with external auditors. Pioneered compliance with corporate standard within the affiliate. ✔ Established corporate and board controls to ensure legal compliance for operating as an affiliate company. ✔ Coached Chair on corporate transition to smoothly merge affiliate into Codelco while conducting a reduction in force (RIF) and ensuring no interruption to projects.

Worked with internal audit to improve the control environment for the family-owned business.
