Lead the direction of UNDP’s regional portfolio across 17 countries and territories, focusing on complex (human) transitions such as digitalization, climate resilience, and economic inclusion. Oversee cross-border initiatives and orchestrates partnerships with governments, cities, and private sector actors.

Orchestrate the EU & UNDP initiative Mayors for Economic Growth in the Eastern Partnership. Worked alongside Mayors (network of more than 400 cities) and teams in exploring new trajectories of growth through mission-oriented innovation, with focus on the green & digital transformation.

Within UNDP China, the Global Partnership Cluster (25pax) works to enhance China’s engagement in international development cooperation for the mutual benefit of China and the world. Key words include south south cooperation, development effectiveness, development finance and the Belt and Road Initiative, through project management, research and policy dialogues, and capacity development of China aid actors.

Within the UN Multi-Partner Trust Fund Office. Coordinating the design and establishment of a new global trust fund for wildlife conservation and animal welfare to be funded by private sector partners.

Livelihoods and Economic Recovery Team within the Sustainability Development Cluster of the UNDP Bureau of Policy and Programme Support. Programme support to our country offices, drafting of proposals on migration, displacement and development; knowledge management activities.

UN Coordination Analyst at the UN Resident Coordinator's (RC) Office, Ankara, Turkey. Key activities and results: finalization of the new UNDAF; establishment and fully functional inter-agency group structure; oversaw the finalization of the UNDAF Evaluation and the 2016 UN Annual Review; consolidated/drafted/monitored/reported on the UN Country Team's 2015, 2016, 2017 work plans. Tasks and key words: Delivering as One, focal point for Results Based Management, 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development support, secretarial support to RC and UN Country Team, support to UN missions and conferences.

Adviser in the Communication and International Relations Department, responsible for coordinating the Norwegian judiciary’s participation in nine Norway Grants projects in Poland, Romania and Lithuania. Expected results were increased knowledge and skills on human rights, ethics, mediation of judges and prosecutors; establishment and strengthening of witness and victim’s support schemes; improved ICT development in courts; and increased access to justice for vulnerable groups. Key words: project management, project development, bi-lateral partnerships, internal and external communication.

Pilot project in selected Reception Centers for Asylum Seekers, main task being counselling and advice to residents of asylum centers on the immigration law and practice.

Under the direct supervision of the Country Director, acted as the main gender focal point for the Country Office, with a particular focus on promoting UN Security Council Resolution 1325. Key words and results: re-establishment of the Gender Focal Point Committee, Gender guidance docs/check lists institutionalized, review of project documents, strategies, reports etc., two training modules devised and implemented (for the UN Volunteers in the country - 80 pax trained), rolled-out a MDG 3 youth awareness campaign, active participation in the UN Joint Programme on GEWE.

IOM’s regional representative (mid and northern Norway). Information provision, outreach and case work under the Voluntary Assisted Return and Reintegration Programme. Key words: immigration and refugee law; liaison with national authorities; contact with asylum seekers, irregular migrants, social workers etc; counselling; vulnerable migrants, including Victims of Trafficking (VoT) cases.

Part time, during studies, and extra shifts in addition to full-time work. Persons with developmental disabilities and persons with long-term mental disorders.

In a group of four; planned, organized and implemented four short courses (2-3 days) on various aspects of human rights, to teachers, religious congregations, social activist, and others (at locations such as: Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore). Also took an active part in the daily administrative tasks of the organization.
