With a robust track record in human resources and recruiting, my expertise lies in personnel management and full life cycle recruiting, which I've honed through years of dedicated service. At Mission Wealth, my role encompasses managing the recruiting pipeline, networking with talent, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers, and implementing various recruiting and onboarding strategies to ensure a seamless and pleasant interviewing and onboarding process. My approach is grounded in partnering with leadership to cultivate a caring, growth-minded, adaptable, and committed workforce, in alignment with the mission and vision of Mission Wealth. I'm driven by the challenge of optimizing talent and acquisition functions to support the firm's strategic vision. In my free time, I enjoy supporting my children in their extracurricular activities and spending meaningful, quality time with them. I also enjoy cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors.
