Conceptual phase to prepare for a transformation of our Industrial ERP backbone into S/4HANA

Umbrella Project manager Process & IT cross-brand collaboration (June 2020- May 2021) Driving the Scania Process and IT collaboration transformation to enable our Cross-Brand cooperation. To drive the change needed for Cross-Brand we need to challenge and adapt our processes, IT and way of working on a Scania level and between brands in our Traton collaboration. But most important we need to establish good cooperation between all involved parties.

Logistics business transformation and Cross- Brand cooperation. Driving the change for Scania logistics in terms of Cross- Brand logistics flows, Component supply, process & IT Development and automatization. Cross- Brand cooperation network within Logistics.

Driving the Logistics Development Group at Scania. Cooperation between our different logistics units world-wide. Creating global tools, methods and processes for line-feeding, picking, goods-receiving and storage.

Project manager for building a logistics centre for Scania logistics operation in Oskarshamn. Starting the process from empty plot, discussions with the municipality, purchasing contract, constructors, installations ending with a logistics centre ready for operations.

Export coordination and invoicing for trucks and buses delivered to Russia and Middle East region. Ensuring financial conditions are meet, necessary documentation for country prepared and transport planned and booked. During my time Managing this group we made a transformation from low transperancy and high dependancy on few individuals to team work with daily pulse

Scania returnable packaging supply, planning of packaging deliveries, call- off new packaging material, design of standard packaging material, buying services for packaging break- down, packaging storage and distribution. Leading the global packaging cooperation network.

Purchasing and planning manager for all bus body parts for Scania global bus production. Dividing the time between Södertälje and Slupsk with teams located at both places.

With the challenge to move a big part of the supplier network for bus bodies from Sweden to Poland and to build-up a local purchasing organization in Slupsk Poland I divided my time between Sweden and Poland.

Logistics manager for Scania Bus body operation. Responsible for storage operation, knocked-down, material planning, planning and logistics preparation.

Material control for all bus body parts for production in Katrineholm and Knocked-down supply to Poland.

Shorter assignment to set some of the flows for Multi coloured cab and Fit for Use (late process Customer adaptations) in the planning department in Zwolle.

Pre- Study on Mona (Scania IT system for production preparation, material control and storage functionality)for Scania Bus production in Katrineholm

Production and prototype preparation for bus body. Leading a global team of production engineers having the task to prepare the launch of a new bus body introduction. In this introduction we did a shift from the welded steel body into an aluminium body assembled in modules. Prototypes were build in Silkeborg, global production in Silkeborg, Angers and Katrineholm
