About

Experiencing the delight of working with children to nurture, support and progress their growth, development, learning and wellbeing. It works both ways! :) ... my third chapter of purpose and fulfillment led by meeting goals and discovery in providing collaborative support and partnership while continuing to value-add through experience, education and dedication. There can be fun in joining the dots and colouring to view the big picture. I embrace new experiences and don't consider myself as either "young or old", or hold onto stereotypes that restrict meaning, value and participation in life choices. I enjoy living as a doer, go-getter, reformer. The latter can be in ‘baby steps’, and that's okay. What matters is to be true to your words and to yourself.

Changed direction from high school teacher training (almost completed). Skills and dedication gained with this experience (critical and creative thinking, problem-solving, analysis, adaptability, researching and writing) have remained and over time, enabled my practice and desire of lifelong and responsive learning, maintaining a holistic and balanced perspective, sustaining a growth mindset.
