Loved this small business environment, collaborative effort, expressed trust and appreciation provided by our valued customers and my managing director. Individual Supported Accommodation Service, now HomePlace (1994-99) Part-Time - supporting adults experiencing disability with daily and community living Autism Association - Adult & Vocational Services Team (1993-98) Part-Time and University Final Placement - working with young adults and special schools for school to work transition programs and day leisure/recreation options - drafting a functional behaviour support assessment to aide this process Parent Project Inc (1990-94) working with children experiencing disability and their families Western Domiciliary Care (1988-1990) - Paramedical Aide - supporting daily living care and holistic rehabilitation of individuals guided by their multidisciplinary therapeutic team (OT, Physio, Speech, Social Work)

Changed direction from high school teacher training (almost completed). Skills and dedication gained with this experience (critical and creative thinking, problem-solving, analysis, adaptability, researching and writing) have remained and over time, enabled my practice and desire of lifelong and responsive learning, maintaining a holistic and balanced perspective, sustaining a growth mindset.
