In my area of responsibility, I oversee a product stream consisting of 3 teams (27 developers). We work on infrastructure tasks and a system for company management (CRM, BPM, automation of financial and risk operations). Results: Two product teams have been formed. A new core system (accounts and transaction history) has been implemented. An "automated workplace" system for employees has been developed, reducing support line labor costs by 30% and operational departments' costs by 26%.

Senior Manager, overseeing the Telecom, MiniApps, and MFS teams in the department developing a platform (iOS, Android, web) with over 1.7 million active users (SuperApp, brands activ and Kcell). Results: A new product team was formed. Integration with Yandex+ service was implemented. Integration with an insurance digital product was executed in a frame format. The release process was reorganized. The issuance of co-branded cards was doubled. The volume of frequent transactions increased by 67%. Cashback costs were reduced by 40% without impacting other metrics.

Managed teams (17 developers) for Onboarding and Merchant Dashboard in a department developing a digital B2B2C BNPL product. Following the acquisition of Alfa Bank Kazakhstan by another banking organization, the product operates under a different brand. Results: Frame widget for merchant apps and websites; Merchant portal with full management functionality within the payment product; Launched from 0 to the first merchant in 6 months.

Development of new products for mobile commerce in co-branding with mobile operators. Integration with Alfa-Bank and connection as a payout service. Development of services aimed at cost optimization, error reduction, risk management, and faster processing. - Admin panel (reconciliation mechanism, incident management, handling discrepancies in financial accounting, report generation); - Payment infrastructure (integrated a new acquirer, reducing payout service costs by 60%); - MFS (integration with Tele2/Altel for e-money issuance and using phone balance as a payment method).
