Acting as an interface to our customer – Vodafone Germany, for GSM/UMTS/LTE related topics with a focus on new Features and System Releases introduction & further rollout in the network, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis, technical solution proposals, various issues troubleshooting, and clarifications that included: 1. Clarifying customer requirements, providing solutions, leading technical discussions on them, steering decision; 2. Collaborating with other departments during the Lab tests activities, performing Trials of the features on proposed and selected areas, outputting the results reports based on KPIs/traces analysis. Leading troubleshooting if it's necessary at that stage; 3. Monitoring performance of the network after Features activation. Responsible for the Final report preparation and delivery to the customer; 4. Troubleshoot alarms and performance issues within existing system. Handling various Events assurance activities such as CEBIT, Oktoberfest, Connect Test. Mentoring interns, guiding and transferring knowledge to our new colleagues. Recent Projects participation: LTE TDD Massive MIMO, 4x4 MIMO, NB IoT Trial, L2G ANR activation, Connect Test, SRAN11.1 & SRAN12.1 Rollout, L2100 Refarming, ARD project.

Technical lead of the ARD (Access Restriction Data) project delivery to the customer that included: 1. Solution proposal clarification, discussion of it with the customer on 2 features; 2. Follow-up of the Project plan time-schedule; 3. Organizing features’ Lab validation; Field Trial application and performance analysis, followed by the network-wide rollout of them. 4. Leading troubleshooting discussions with back-office, updating the status of it to the customer 5. Responsible for Final report delivery to the customer. Achievement: increase of LTE Data samples share in Benchmark campaign, as well as accomplished the target that aimed to improve our Customer’s end-users mobility and quality perception.

Vodafone Germany Fit4Connect (SQI) project participant Responsibilities: LTE/GSM technical support 1. Responsible for the drive test data GAP Analysis. Drive Test logs analysis to find the root cause for "call setup failure" issue; 2. E2E Follow up of the neighbours consistency checks scripts implementation; 3. New On-Air sites checks for parameters baseline consistency. Leading GSM "Connect Test Assurance" team – GSM Worst cells E2E follow up.

VDF Germany D2 GSM/UMTS SWAP project Datafill stream team member: 1. Responsible for Pre-SWAP preparations, interaction with the customer engineers in order to get proper input data; 2. Communicating with Regional SWAP coordinators for getting a valid swap-plan as well as cooperating with Wireless team colleagues; 3. Fast technical issues analysis and solution provision to resolve problems; 4. systematic GSM-to-GSM, GSM-to-UMTS, GSM-to-LTE neighbours consistency checks; 5. Tools debugging (iConvert / iSwap / SmartRNO). SWAP Risks assessment and preventing measures provision.

France Bouygues Telecom GSM/UMTS and GSM/LTE Refarming project Responsible for GSM/UMTS and GSM/LTE Refarming (Spectrum efficiency) projects for Angers and Toulouse cities: 1. Project plan preparation, and time scheduling discussion with the customer; 2. Participating in customer project management meetings and providing progress reports; 3. Traffic shifting activities – RF parameters analysis, tuning proposals, KPI monitoring and final preparation of TRXs Reduction plan; 4. BA lists analysis and BA1 & BA2 lists modifications; 5. Post - Refarming KPI monitoring and TOP cells analysis; 6. Refarming project Evaluation report preparation for the customer and Huawei HQ. Achievement on Bouygues Telecom project: Successful IFOS solution delivery with a good feedback from the customer.

Optimized, analyzed and improved performance of GSM network per client specification; Monitored and analyzed statistical and drive test data to improve system performance indicators such as dropped calls, blocked calls, orientation failures; Sites visits, audits, antenna tilting and inspections with site technicians; Designed sites to improve coverage and fix existing loopholes; Responsible for capacity planning, GSM frequency planning; SWAP project participation – held all the SWAP related activities from sites visits to acceptance: - Preparation of SARF (Site Acquisition Request Form), - Coordinating TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report) submission to the customer and getting confirmation from the customer side; - after-swap cluster optimisation and KPI monitoring; - Ensured getting Acceptance. Optimized existing network by adjusting radio network parameters and recommending possible solutions to hardware problems; Coordinating Drive Test activities & Technical Site Surveys; Determined problematic sites by using network key performance indicators and drive test data; Handled customer complaints very effectively; Cell coverage, capacity and performance verification for newly integrated sites.
