At MEXC — one of the world’s top 5 crypto exchanges — I’m responsible for leading the teams of these different areas: Community & Social Media: Manage the Spanish-speaking community and social media (Spain + LATAM). I also temporarily oversee the UK and Italian social channels. I built the Spanish community from scratch — it’s now the most active Spanish-speaking Telegram group across all exchanges. The growth rate of the Spanish community and socials that I lead has surpassed all other language markets at MEXC and also outpaced our competitors. We also provide user assistance, and we are one of the main channels for receiving user feedback and communicating it to the relevant areas of the company. Operations: Oversee platform campaigns, trading competitions, and user acquisition events. Organized major trading competitions with over 1B in trading volume, and the highest ROI in the company. Offline Events: Plan, execute, and host (I do the presentations, moderation, etc…) a wide range of events, from exclusive meetups to large-scale parties with over 200 attendees, as well as conferences, trading campaigns, and more all across Europe and LATAM including: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Barcelona, Paris, Cannes, Monaco, Dortmund, Argentina, etc. We participated at the Paris Blockchain Week, EthCC, Conf3rence, WAIB Summit, European Blockchain Week, Merge, Eth DevConnect, etc... Creative & Branding: Handle creative copywriting, creative designs and videos, slogans, and event activations. Localization: Led the full Spanish localization of the entire website (project now completed).
