Led TA until successful acquisiton by Biogen, growing the company 20 to 65 by creating a cohesive, sustainable hiring strategy and inviting employer brand R&D (Clinical Development, Biometrics, Regulatory, Immunology) executive recruiting, talent acquisition, and people operations support HI-Bio™ was founded on the idea that therapies for immune-mediated diseases (IMDs) have the potential to achieve better results for patients. HI-Bio’s programs apply a precision medicine approach to target, modulate or deplete these cellular drivers of disease with therapeutics.

Built and led Maze' talent acquisition function, including managing all full life-cycle recruiting and establishing a framework for TA strategy, processes, systems, employer branding, talent discovery, and overseeing staffing companywide. Responsible for the strategic and tactical objectives for TA and other ad hoc startup HR needs. Grew company from 30 - 120 with high quality talent and scaled processes. Created and curated a talent brand and employer engagement strategy to attract candidates and solidify reputation across biotech. Partnered with leadership and functional heads to build and build translational science and research, clinical development, drug discovery, technical operations, business functions. Led in house executive search including internal executive search role and utilizing external firm relationships. Helped build an appealing culture that lives the values we created.

At Third Rock Ventures, I provided full lifecycle recruiting and talent strategy to build new companies, primarily Maze Therapeutics and Thrive Earlier Detection. I left to join Maze Therapeutics full time.
