Boats have always been a passion of mine, so I contracted myself out to various marinas and shipwrights throughout the Sydney Region; vinyl wrapping Superyachts, laying synthetic teak decking, wiring up LED boat names, fault finding and repairing marine electrical issues. During this period, I also increased my skill set by gaining a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate (from REINSW), an Open Cable Registration License, in addition to a High Risk Work (HRW) License for operating the 50 tonne forklifts located at large marinas and boatyards. In addition to this, I prospected and installed IP CCTV surveillance systems in to a number of commercial premises in the Sydney Metro.
