Responsible for advising management on application technology decisions, directions, and strategy. Participated in a team that designed and implemented our Java-based intranet portal. Helped formulate our CRM technology strategy, and project roadmap. Helped design our sales support software infrastructure. Architected, designed, and implemented our Customer Information DB management solution.

I had several positions marketing and supporting sales efforts for products that ultimately became the WebSphere brand, as well as the initial offerings under that brand, including primarily the WebSphere Application Server.

Worked on various systems implemented in Assembler, Cobol, Smalltalk, Easel, C and C++, and AI technology. I helped to introduced Object Oriented development techniques and technologies, object/relational mapping, and rigorous build, change management, and deployment infrastructure to Country. I participated in a large-scale research effort with IBM Research in Hawthorne, NY, where many of the concepts and techniques that would define Java-based middleware infrastructures, such as WebSphere Application Server, were initially elaborated and implemented as first-of-a-kind technologies.

Taught classes in Introductory Assembler Programming, Advanced Assembler Programming, and Operating Systems Concepts.

Maintained IBM 370 software including MVS operating system, utilities, languages, and CICS. I wrote security policy enforcement software, and resource usage tracking for billback processing using SMF data.

Manages an engineering and customer care quality department for internal sales support systems.

I'm work with my team on strategies and initiatives, including innovation, integration, application architecture, architecture foundation. I participate in governance activities, planned and coordinated a hackathon, worked with emerging architectures for real-time, massive data, event-driven integrations, and digital business enablement.
