My consulting business is centered around the development and implementation of elements that make a family and their enterprise successful. Utilizing a broad expertise in wealth management, banking, insurance and real estate development allows me to tackle any challenge from all angles. My firm promotes inclusion for all with a focus on the LGBTQ+ community and our allies. We started a new podcast this past spring called The Rainbow Bull. It’s theme is to share secrets and insights we have learned working with wealthy families with enormous resources, where they have had success and perhaps even more insightful where they’ve experienced failure. How can we all learn to apply these lessons in our daily lives. Our target audience is the LGBTQ+ community and our allies. As a lifelong learner and entrepreneur, the decisions I make are guided by core principles of integrity, transparency, objectivity and empathy. These apply whether the focus is on managing wealth, helping families and their business enterprises thrive or restoring the connective within families to encourage collaboration, self-awareness and stewardship. Every family member has a voice and a seat at the table for the family to thrive. As the 4th generation of a successful family enterprise, I embrace a philosophy of servant leadership, finding great satisfaction in helping others excel in order to realize their highest potential. I experience joy when I help others succeed. No one will ever feel sorry for a wealthy family yet they journey can be challenging at best. Most family members have no say in their wealth or how the wealth was created. Furthermore, most family members have a challenging relationship with money. My goals is to assist clients to gain clarity on their wealth then determine the best positioning for their enterprises to maintain long-term, sustainable growth, or better said for the family to flourish. I hope my enthusiasm sparks others to foster a positive, dynamic culture with a strong client-centric orientation. I understand firsthand how to maximize human capital to address the challenges faced by multi-generational family businesses and to enhance the outcomes of their operating interests. Over the past 25 years, I have held key leadership positions with several not-for-profit boards, focused on community service, education, health and well-being. Outside of work, I am a vintage car aficionado and enjoy traveling the world on unique ships. I’m also a fitness enthusiast and am proud to be an avid Lady Gaga fan.
