* Take charge of their regions during activation. * Recruit the field team for training before activations. * Manage other locations in the region besides own towns. * Take responsibility for all activation permits. * Take responsibility for security during activations. * Assist the BTL Activation manager where necessary. * Detailed report writing and analysis * Analysis of feedback from field * Competitive intelligence market research and analysis * Development of activation ideas * Work closely with the sales team and field supervisors * Storage of activation materials in own region * Other roles as assigned by management

* Contribute to the formulation of the company’s marketing strategy, ensuring that all Business Sales activities are in line with the company’s overall strategic direction * Work closely with Business Sales team to ensure alignment of objectives * Contribute to the development and management of the marketing budget relating to Business Sales * Assist with the development and execution of marketing plans (to include ALL marketing activities) on behalf of the Business Sales unit * Assist with the management of external marketing (advertising, media, digital, etc) AND regulatory agencies to ensure the implementation of the company’s marketing strategy as follows: * o Planning and strategizing business sales (Paga for Business) marketing campaigns from briefing to execution * o Negotiate all related cost estimates and monitor expenditure against agreed activities * Monitor industry and competitor activities in order to protect the brand’s market position * Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers (production, media, etc)
