As the founding developer of Bellevue’s enterprise GIS environment, I established the technical and strategic foundation for the organization’s modern geospatial capabilities. I designed and implemented core systems, developed governance standards, and created workflows that supported utilities, public safety, planning, and public works. My work included advanced spatial analysis, enterprise data management, and automation of key processes to improve data quality and support operational decision‑making. Transportation Planner and GIS Analyst

Served as a full-time GIS Analyst and Transportation Planner supporting county-wide planning initiatives, including Transportation Improvement Programs (TIP), Transit Development Plans (TDP), environmental justice analyses, and land use surveys. Authored chapters for comprehensive plans and presented planning studies, maps, and web-based visualizations to stakeholders and the public. Led cartographic and geospatial work across transportation, environmental, zoning, fire mapping, and custom planning projects. Spearheaded the development of the Green Bay Google Transit web application, collaborating with multiple agencies to integrate transit data into Google Transit Feed Specification (GTFS). Designed GIS schema, built SQL Server data transfer systems, and created a web portal to support real-time transit visualization. Played a key role in modernizing Brown County’s geodatabase architecture and expanding its GIS capabilities. I supervised GIS interns, led GPS-based data collection efforts, and developed interactive web mapping tools using ArcIMS, HTML, and JavaScript. Built custom applications and scripts using SQL Server DTS, Python, VBA, and ArcGIS Model Builder to automate workflows and enhance data accessibility. Developed a database program using MS Access and VBA to track Certified Survey Map (CSM) and Subdivision reviews and reporting. Reviewed annexations and rezoning cases, researched electronic messaging board ordinances, surveyed transit riders on potential transit center relocation, and supported building inspection through document digitization. Dodge County Land Information Department LIS/GIS Specialist (LTE) June 2002 – September 2002 Created GIS datasets and metadata for railroads, structures, E‑911 features, and plat‑book elements using ArcInfo 7.2 and ArcView 3.2. Produced bridge location layers for the Highway Department. Assisted survey crews with GPS and total station work for the re‑monumentation program and collected conservation GPS data using Trimble Pro XR. Winnebago County GIS Department Volunteer GIS Intern May 2001 – September 2001 Digitized land‑use changes and parcel updates in ArcView 3.2. Layout/QA/X-Ray Technician - (Plant 17 Layout Department)

Served in a part-time technical role supporting quality assurance, layout inspection, and prototype analysis within a high-precision manufacturing environment. Conducted real-time X-ray inspections, Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)–based geometric dimensional analysis, and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) layout studies for castings and prototypes. Supported first piece inspections, GR&R studies, and capability analysis using quality statistics, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies. Collaborated closely with engineers, technicians, and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, improve fixture setups, and streamline inspection workflows. Developed a Visual Basic application for CMM fixture visualization and authored technical documentation for setup procedures. Utilized tools including PC DMIS, Sheffield RS30/RS40/1808 CMMs, calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges, along with statistical software such as Northwest Quality Analytics (NWA), BASIC, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). I began as a teenager and continued into my twenties while attending college, holding other part-time jobs, gaining deep experience in both mechanical repair, and customer service.
