I am the 1st level escalation for both the NOC and Facility Engineering vender orders. I assist in Vender Management through contracts, escalations and oversight. I work with product management for connectivity options and requirements. Create processes, documentation in Visio and Power Point. I create form letters to send to customers and venders. I plan the diverse network routing for the SS7 Back-Bone and I plan diversity routing for our customers SS7 links as well as other services.

I performed network monitoring, took customer calls for outages, and performed trouble shooting for Circuit Outages and SS7 services, Coordinated Carrier and Local Exchange Testing with our customers.

I worked at Sprint for 5 years. Three years in Programming in RPG and two years with the '800/900 NOC and Fax on Demand' group.
