- Designed gears used in gear train prototype by modifying existing gears to fit space called for in design - Conducted warranty return tear-down and analysis using leak testers, thermal chambers, and x-ray machine - Tested different design changes to existing product to solve warranty return issues - Assembled and tested new prototype units using soldering irons, leak testers, and light testing equipment. - Produced test reports summarizing procedures, data, and test conclusions for the engineering team
