CRUK-funded PhD student working on stable-cell line generated fluorescent exosome/ extracellular vesicle dissemination in prostate cancer cell models. - Effectively worked with laboratory members, supervisors and external collaborators for the conduction of original research, leading to successful PhD thesis completion. - Contributed to the development of an extracellular vesicle Bioreactor production pipeline to establish reproducible large-scale manufacture. - Advanced skills in extracellular vesicle isolation and phenotypic characterisation using multimodal approaches. - Gained expertise in extracellular vesicle imaging and analysis and developed a semi-automated single-cell quantification analysis method. - Attended departmental, national and international conferences delivering oral and poster presentations to discuss experimental findings, new technologies and current research.
