- Establishing relationships with leading pharmaceuticals companies CIS, Ukraine, Baltics, Turkey, Israel - Management of assigned EU existing accounts within the Eastern Europe region - Establishment, discussion, closing and follow-up of out-licensing and supply, technology transfer, co-development and contract manufacturing amongst other BD deals - Business case assessment and offer build-up - Preparation and implementation of the company’s business development strategy. - Close collaboration and product case discussions with Regulatory Affairs (RA), Intellectual Property (IP), Research and Development (R&D), Legal Affairs (LA) and Supply Chain (SCH) departments - Market screening and analysis (use of specialized databases)

• Research and Integration of new Products (own brands and distribution); • Communication with Key partners (Both Formulations and API); • Strategic Marketing. New market segments and BD vectors • Cross-functional communication of BD group with other involved departments (Regulatory, Medical Dep., Legal/IP, Supplies, Financial, Marketing, Production) • Participation in Pharmaceutical exhibitions and thematic conferences
