In this role, I managed the full lifecycle of enemy design - from conceptualizing, prototyping, and maintaining the existing design base to implementing BTs and fine-tuning parameters. My role scaled into working closely on encounter design. During this time, I designed a new quest system to streamline level setups and manage player progression within missions. Later, I took ownership of the Enemy and Encounter Design disciplines. I was the first to advocate for and establish cross-functional 'feature teams' within my pipeline.

I become a Design Lead at the late stages of development, a couple of months before the release. I helped with finishing the d1p and other subsequent patches and small content updates on tight deadlines. Started pioneering the analytics systems for the support. Have built a special team for that, which is continuing to improve system and metrics with every update. As a result, using the analytics, we managed to improve the UX of the game and the player feedback on all major platforms.

As a result, helped build the core loop for the final game, build several locations. Improved animation pipeline and animations feedback played by AI. Improved AI player movement predictions and player capture. Helped build the demo for the PAX exhibition

As a result, I made the Bakery location with all the gameplay and AI interactions, helped structure the BETA flow of the game, made an achievement system for the game, improved several subsystems inside the game focusing the player feedback.

As a result, improved my Unreal Engine knowledge and applied it in general design. Improved and structured my level design flow. Improved basic Jira and git workflow, as a result, learned how to work in a structured pipeline

Studied basics in management (applied in building and resource-energy spheres) and marketing. Got the skills that can be applied in any management-related fields. Got the marketing basics applied in the statistics, sociology, stock market
