While working as a Shared Services Advisor, I was responsible for closing and invoicing large mining repairs for one of Caterpillars Top 5 customers. This included work on 797-777 trucks, D11-D10 dozers, and various auxiliary machines. Tasked with processing warranty repairs, I reviewed work orders in detail for required documentation and successfully claimed 100’s of work orders, including Goodwill opportunities. Additionally, I executed customer invoicing and warranty submissions for a field team that was supporting 7495 shovels.

Responsible for compliance auditing of multiple maintenance contracts. Tasked with ensuring AMT data was accurate for component changeouts and machine hours on a daily basis. As part of quarterly reporting, I was responsible to accurately project financial revenue and forecast component changeouts required to support supply chain demands.

Successfully promoted to customer service advisor and quickly integrated into a role in expanded mining. As part of a team that was building Caterpillar 7495HF electric rope shovels, I was directly responsible for reporting financial and budget progression of 3 shovel builds, each exceeding $10 million. I communicated the status of builds and estimated completion dates to the customer. I worked directly with vendors, procurement, and Caterpillar to source outstanding parts and services required to complete builds. I organized and tracked all facets of large-scale, 4-month build projects using Microsoft Excel to ensure accurate final invoicing

Received a promotion to service administrator. Responsible for maintenance job reviews, monthly work order reconciliation, and financial tracking of large scale repair projects on Caterpillar 797 and 798-AC

Undertook administrative duties to support daily maintenance operations. Includes: On-boarding 15+ technicians, obtaining purchase orders, managing inventory of personal protective equipment, and general timekeeping duties
