Headquartered in Orlando, FL, BBG Group is the parent of a family of companies that includes affordable housing production home building, residential real estate investing (single family, 2-4 unit properties, townhouses, and condos), and commercial real estate investing (office, retail, industrial, and multifamily). My primary responsibilities are arranging and managing capital including establishing and maintaining lender and investor relationships. Our current focus is on growing our home building division. We are always looking to buy finished lots. Provides commercial real estate and commercial and industrial financing. Commercial lot loans, owner-occupied, investor (commercial real estate and 1-4 family), acquisition and development, construction. industrial, office (including condo), retail, multi-family, and home builder. Non-real estate secured loans and operating lines of credit.

Wrote and submitted cases to the FDIC for approval or denial of any actionable item relating to any asset under management (portfolio of loans in the Southeast U.S. market, goal of liquidation). Communicated with Borrowers, Agent Banks, and Participants regarding their cases.

Commercial Real Estate Lending 4/07 - 12/07 Special Assets 1/08 - 10/08 Franklin Bank was closed on 11/7/08 Managed a 370 million dollar portfolio of performing and non-performing loans by: negotiating proposals with Agent Banks, Participants, and Borrowers, underwriting requests, reporting on credits graded watch or higher to Corporate Office and Directors, participating in and coordinating/leading bank group meetings, and working closely with attorneys through the foreclosure and bankruptcy processes. Produced market analysis quarterly and reported it to Corporate Office and Directors. Represented bank at various community and business events.

Production Team Leader/Lender Served as a voting member of loan committee. Motivated and supervised the bank’s loan, deposit, and securities production team. Diversified loan portfolio from primarily SBA loans (with high concentrations in c-stores, day cares, hotels, and restaurants) to include conventional residential and commercial A, D, & C loans. Consistently exceeded new deposit and loan goals; closed over 24 million dollars in new loans. Originated 8 million dollars in new loans to the mortgage banking division. Obtained formal approval from Wells Fargo Florida as a third party lender, granting permission to finance the construction portion of their residential construction to permanent loans. Established relationship with a local mortgage banking company as a construction financing source. Closed largest single transaction in bank’s 24 year history; a 9.8 million dollar A, D, & C loan. Represented bank at various community and business events.

Cost Center Manager 2004-2005 Commercial Lender/Special Assets 2002-2003 Managed all aspects of a large branch office; accountable for financial performance, customer satisfaction, staffing, policies and procedures, developing and maintaining business relationships, referring business to other divisions: residential lending, asset management, and insurance. Negotiated loan restructures and prepared written analysis on non-performing loans and reported to special assets committee; Supervised all lenders in Central Florida market in regards to the same. Managed a 35 million dollar portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate loans. Received Top Gun Award for lending and sales

Commercial Lender (bank sold to FNB) Generated small business, middle market, and corporate customers in the real estate, service, retail, manufacturing, distribution, and construction industries. Represented the bank at various community and business events.
