A family business established in 2013, I am responsible for the operational, financial and strategic leadership of the company in this fast growing industry. Reporting to the founder.

The Global Supply Chain Director for Multi Channel fashion retailer Jack Wills. This moved to a permanent position in December 2015 following 12 months as a consultant Responsible for the logistics operation serving customers globally through Store, ecommerce and wholesale channels. Lead the implementation of SAP WM and the removal of the 3PL Warehouse Management System with no disruption to customer service. In July 2018 I lead the implementation of the Distribution Centre becoming a customs bonded warehouse with AEO accreditation . This was to help with cash flow but also planning for a no deal Brexit. Key achievement has been the stabilisation of the operation following a challenging start up move to a 3pl operation. As of May 2018 I took full operational and budgetary responsibility for the IT department including; - Full team restructure - Supplier contracts review and renegotiation - Review and rationalisation of all business projects - Set up of a PMO - Streamlining business and sales reporting Focussed on improving the customer proposition across all channels; driving improvements in the operation and developing the supply chain strategy.

The Director for a multi Channel Logistics Operation supplying all Currys and Pc World Stores in the Uk and Ireland. Also picking and despatching small box and big box Online orders. Director responsibilities include Technical Services in Hong Kong and the exit of returned products. Implenting the Supply Chain Strategy through condensing the network and reducing Stock holding whilst improving availability. Operational costs were reduced by 5% to 8% year on yeat. My team won Retail Weeks Supply Chain team of the year 2013.

The Director of 8 large Distribution Centres for Tesco supplying all Tesco Stores in the UK with all Clothing and Non Food items . Approximatley responsible for 4000 people. A key achievement at this time was the opening of the large Automated Distribution Centre , this was enabled through the Closure of Coventry Depot to which I lead .

Based in Bratislava Slovakia I was the Non food Logistics Director supplying Non Food to Tesco Stores in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia . Two large Distribution Centres on the Outskirts of Bratislava , one a clothing and one Hardlines. I lead the opening of the Green field Hardlines depot up from scratch and took over the Clothing depot 6 months after opening .Subsequently fixing the start up problems with this site through the implentation of solid operational processes and great team work. Created a network planning team to manage the inflow of products from suppliers in Asia and ensure timelines were met with new product launches resulting improved availability.

General Manager at then Tescos Largest Fresh and Frozen Distribution Centre (1200 people) A mature Unionised site I Lead the takeover of this 3pl operation to bring it back "in house" this was achieved my implementing a strong change programme and working closely with the Union and getting the leadership team to believe in what we were trying to achieve. We turned round store service and stopped a £150k per week overspend within 10 weeks of the takeover. Was subsequently promoted to a Directors role following attendance at The Tesco Store Directors Acadamy.

General Manager for 2 years at a time at these 2 large Grocery Distribution Centres . Crick employing 700 people and Middlewich 1200 staff.On both occasions I lead change agendas that involved new systems in both Warehouse and Transport. This including a retime of the bonus in the warehouse and a complete change of drivers shift patterns.

Responsible for Warehouse and Transport operations in the South of England for Superdrug Stores .Significant achievments include outsoucing the transport operation and changing Driver terms and conditions . Leading and implementing the project that put all Distribution staff on 5 from 7 contracts and increased the amount of store delivery days from 5 to 6.

Working for a 3 Pl as aGeneral Manager on the Marks and Spencer Fresh Foods site. Responsible for Warehouse and Transport operations of a 500 people Unionised Distribution Centre.
