At APEX we have a membership of only 100 men. They are over 35 and looking to look incredible and then ensure that they stay this way for decades to come. I lead the training system at APEX, where we help men over 35 rebuild strength, energy and confidence by fixing the problems mainstream fitness ignores. Most men at this stage aren’t lazy—they’ve just been following the wrong plan. Slowing metabolism, hormonal shifts, stubborn fat and poor recovery are real. The answer isn’t more grind—it’s structure. At APEX, every client starts with our testing battery and the LEAN Diagnostic, assessing Lifestyle, Education, Activity and Nutrition. From there, we place them into the right phase: Build Phase – reset and recondition Growth Phase – add strength, muscle and resilience Performance Phase – optimise health, hormones and longevity I coach men through small-group training (up to six at a time) with the clarity, accountability and system needed to get lasting results. No guesswork. No cookie-cutter workouts. Just proven methods that lower biological age and set men up for decades of strength and energy. My role is to make sure every man who walks through our doors leaves stronger—physically, mentally, and structurally.
