MyEcho is a not-for-profit social enterprise. It is an application that invites a school leaver or graduate to drag and drop their CV, enter some personal information and key achievements. The MyEcho system then understands the context in which the users successes were achieved. To do this, it draws upon a variety of huge public and social data sets to give colour and depth to the individuals’ actual performance. This process then produces a MyEcho infographic, a clear understandable presentation of information, allowing a deeper insight into the person and the complexities and challenges they faced. It is a weighted evaluation of these achievements, such that success in adverse, deprived, or otherwise undesirable conditions can be viewed as a positive multiplier, indeed a strength.
