Tim Schlitzer

Originally trained as an Environmental Engineer, I’ve moved from pure fascination for renewable technologies to running and scaling energy-focused businesses. Today I operate two companies. Slitix Solar GmbH is my core engineering and project entity, delivering end-to-end solutions in solar, storage, energy management, EV charging, heat pumps and integrated system planning. Everything we do is built around one idea: raise the practical value of renewable energy through smart, connected and future-ready setups. My background includes years of advisory work for a leading DACH company, deep expertise in PV system design and electrical engineering, and the experience of managing complex, interdisciplinary teams. I’m hands-on, pragmatic and focused on execution and solutions. As a founder, I stay open for new ideas, collaborations and opportunities. If something has the potential to push the energy transition forward or unlock better ways to build and operate decentralized systems, I’m interested. Outside the business world, I recharge through sailing, kickboxing, exploring new cultures — and being a father. Staying curious, grounded and always ready for the next challenge keeps me sharp in both life and business.
