I've been running my online retail business "A2Z Fancy Dress" for 20 years now (17 years as a Company Director) and I'm looking to semi-retire soon (I'm 66 now!) I work from home and from my warehouse in the beautiful East Devon area. Looking also to change tack a bit now by doing more talking and less packing. I'm now ready to pass on some of the knowledge I have gained in how to sell profitably rather than just sell in the main online marketplaces, especially when competing with lots of competitors. My strengths are in creative product development, data and cost analysis (especially profitability), stock control and purchasing/supply chain strategy.
