I am guiding Lorna Jane’s finance team through the implementation and best practice use of Netsuite for this iconic multi national retailer.

Overseeing implementation of Netsuite and conversion of Financial Data

Providing training and implementation consulting for Netsuite ERP to the 120 small businesses that make up the poolwerx franchise network.

Coming into this role, the client's implementation was a mess. I renegotiated with the vendors, set into place processes to improve the use of the system and retrained key staff.

Overseeing the implementation of netsuite at Maoneng which is a developer of solar energy provider in New South Wales.

My role consisted of managing a staff of 6 which included: - Managing their installation of SAP and the interfaces with other software from BOQ’s subsidiaries. - Managing their installation of Accurate, which is a reconciliation software package - Reconciliation of the banks suspense accounts which control the flow of money from customers’ accounts and external entities, including cheques, Direct Debits ATM and EFTPOS transactions - Managing various projects to enhance systems used by Finance including implementation of Spend Vision, a cloud-based expense management system. Achievements: - Driving the implementation of Diners Club as the corporate card provider; - Adoption of Spend Vision as the company’s expense management system; - Reorganising the GL recon group to improve efficiencies; - Widening the use of Accurate systems for reconciliation of the corporate accounts;
