Responsible for leading the Energy Engineering business unit within the GeoSphere, combining specialist engineering expertise with innovative software and IoT solutions to help organisations better understand, manage and optimise their energy use. The role encompasses commercial leadership, business growth, engineering delivery, customer success and strategic development, with full responsibility for the performance and growth of the Energy Engineering division. Working closely with GeoEnergy, GeoSpaces and GeoWorks, I help deliver integrated solutions that provide customers with trusted data, actionable insights and measurable operational improvements. I lead Aphex Systems, delivering energy monitoring, sub-metering, and power infrastructure solutions for data centres, commercial buildings, and critical environments across the UK. We specialise in designing and delivering integrated EMS, PMS, and SCADA systems that give operators trusted, real-time visibility of energy and infrastructure performance. Our work focuses on turning fragmented building and energy data into reliable operational insight, supporting decisions around cost control, compliance, resilience, and carbon reduction. We’ve delivered large-scale metering and monitoring deployments across mission-critical environments, including data centre estates and complex multi-tenant buildings, where accuracy and system integration directly impact operational risk and financial performance. I work closely with operators, consultants, and engineering teams who need confidence in their energy data and the systems behind it, especially where uptime, compliance, and efficiency are non-negotiable.
