I’m a Corporate Technical Trainer with Cupertino Electric who is passionate about developing people and helping them succeed in the electrical industry. I enjoy creating training that builds technical skills, strengthens leadership, and promotes a culture of safety and continuous learning.Before joining Cupertino Electric, I spent seven years as a Career and Technical Education instructor, where I built a state-approved electrical pre-apprenticeship program and helped students launch careers in the skilled trades. Prior to teaching, I worked as a full-time electrician for seven years, giving me the hands-on experience that shapes the way I train and mentor others today.I hold a Bachelor of Professional Studies from the University of Southern Indiana and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Career and Technical Education at Ball State University.I’m always looking to connect with others who are passionate about leadership, workforce development, technical training, and the future of the skilled trades.
