Provide curriculum development, design and delivery of Overseas Personal Security training at Department of Defense Armed Forces Experimental Training Activity (AFETA) Camp Peary, Williamsburg, Virginia Leverage relationships with Departments of State, Justice, and Other Government Agencies (OGA). Lead integration effort to ensure interoperability and community best practices Author and implement curriculum development through Instructional Systems Design. Key consultant to NGA senior leadership for field security issues. Designed & delivered multi-dimensional threat assessments & recommendations for global readiness and crisis management. Co-authored, implemented, and managed Department of State Surveillance Detection program that supported over 220 global locations and generated over $17,000,000.

Designed, implemented, and maintained corporate information security awareness training and services. Developed and maintained corporate wide senior executive level task force for contingency planning and incident response. Designed and delivered corporate espionage/counterintelligence security awareness training material in accordance with National Counterintelligence Executives standards and practices. Designed, published, and enforced Limited Access policies for business proprietary information. Supported Corporate Investigations in corporate espionage & physical asset cases. Conducted physical, technical and operational facility inspections of all off-site meeting venues to ensure compliance with corporate standards for Associate safety. Responsible for safety and security of senior executives (CEO, COO, Board of Directors) as well as more than 5000 Associates during off-site training and social functions.
