Recognize patterns of fraud, investigating and developing evidence to support potential major cases. Adept at recognizing customer needs and achieving balance between customer needs and company goals and policies. Direct and conduct statements, recorded statements, and Examinations Under Oath. Interact and exchange information with additional investigators, claims personnel, leadership, law enforcement and anti-fraud groups in the industry, such as The Department of Insurance and NICB, as needed.

Assist with quality and food grade safety programs monitoring, enforcing, development and implementation. Perform root-cause analysis to resolve potential product quality issues. Isolation, identification of cause, and follow-up on non-compliant product(s). Assist in training of associates on quality and safety policies and procedures. Assist corporate team in SAP ((Systems, Applications and Products) implementation activities of data migration and training.
