* Prioritization of national projects and for this requisition + allocation of project resources * Support of national business development / contract management during the progress of the project * Tactical project support (in particular but not limited to: ensure strong project mandate, participation in steering meetings, guarantee sponsorship and proper project funding) * Management of all project relevant elements like staffing, material/information flows, equipment, etc. * Development and management of project plans * Support the operational processes after implementation, if required * Ensure transferability of knowledge to other implementations * Ongoing continuous development of the CTI program by identifying and employing best practice in liaison with the regional CTI manager

* Manage daily warehouse operation (3 warehouses total 13000 m²+ more than 45 staffs) * Motive and management of warehouse handling and customer service teams * Operation Performance analysis via Various KPI * Projects implementation * Work with Sales team to win the business * Regular customer liaison to establish good relationship with customer * Finance management and P&L Analysis

* Provide IT solution for new customer * Super User of Shanghai region for CIEL FW( WMS ) * Coordinate integration meetings with prospects / clients to determine system requirements and specifications * Train new CIEL FW users * Design workflow for application modules; * Customized Reporting to met customers special requirement * Support set-up and maintenance of EDI connections with clients;
