Maintained all Windows OS PCs across all facilities.  Maintained networks, servers, PCs, printers, faxes and all peripheral equipment in the office.  Installed and configured new hardware and software for pre-existing and new systems.  Provided information systems technical support and customer service for entire back office as well as correspondent offices as a daily routine.  Ensured that all System licenses and User Profile information was maintained via Vendor detail and MS Active Directory.  Used MS Exchange for our e-mail system and supported the maintenance and new account creation.  Responsible for researching and purchasing computer and peripheral parts, accessories and maintenance kits.  Implemented the Securities Information System (SIS), and supported software systems like FoxTrot, Vantra, Posse and VPN software for back office systems use.  Supported Windows operating systems across the facility.
