Experience Currently I hold the position of Distinguished Scientist in the Philips corporate research organization. Project leader of 2 exploratory strategic projects which are crucial for the Philips product roadmap, total project size is 2M Euro. Responsible for the project management as well as the technical content. From 2009 till now I have been project leader of up to 5 multidisciplinary projects simultaneously. As thought leader, I was responsible for technology transfers from research to the lighting business unit. From 2005 till 2009 I focused more on business development, I made business cases for new 3D display technologies, new luminaire archetypes and I worked on licensing Philips technologies to external parties.
