GFI produces, imports and distributes products from both Port Moresby and Lae into every province in PNG The role of General Manager (Country Head) is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the PNG business, developing our people and culture strategy to enable local talent, ensure safe and efficient operational, develop and grow our business and create a best in class supply chain. This will be achieved through both people and process.

We operate a vast network of factories, warehouses and direct to customer and business networks in these countries As Group Head of Operations and Projects I am responsible for, SHE, Quality, Operations, Capital Projects, S&OP and share responsibility for our commercial sourcing. The reporting functions are both direct and indirect into countries This role is also charged with leveraging our parent Wilmar’s vast network of associated functional responsibilities to enable meaningful exchange of best practices for the benefit of both Goodman Fielder and Wilmar.
