 Help line managers to align their operations and employee capabilities to the overall strategic directions and the mid-to-long-term needs of the company operations;  Support and coordinate implementation of organizational changes. Engages and communicates with all employees the vision for effective teams and effective change management  Assure a sound performance of the line managers in the area of people development & employee relations. (e.g. recruiting, conflict solving, etc.);  Facilitate talent management, eg. Personnel & Organization Conference, Succession Plan ,Orientation Center;  Manage employee relations; assure full compliance with applicable employment legislations;  Conduct employee exit interview, and provide statistics /analysis on the reasons of employee exit;  Involved in HR Evolution Project for employee annual review.  Searching, screening, interviewing and recommending qualified candidates for assigned job positions.  Support Caroline on the annual merit / promotion process, including system support, tracking budget, manager & employee communication, etc.
